In the last year I've gained 30lbs and now weigh 165.I just found out I'm pregnant for the first time. Prior to this pregnancy I was planning on doing the 21 day fix program which had worked for me before. What do you think, is this safe?
UPDATE: I went to the Dr. and she said any amount of exercise is OK, lifting, running, biking, etc. I wasn't concerned about limiting my food intake or dieting per say, just starting a healthy lifestyle which is what the 21 day fix is; eating clean and eliminating carbs and fats. But any exercise is OK and encouraged at this point.
