How much are you using and how often?

And are you putting it up your fu-fu or taking it orally?

I'm just using 1x 1000mg capsule/night but wondering if that's "enough" ...?

My mw said 1000mg internally from 36 weeks then 2000mg from 38 weeks OR 2000mg orally from 36 weeks then 4000mg from 38 weeks... From 40 weeks I reckon as much as you can get up there LMAO

My midwife recommends 2 x 1000mg orally in the morning and 4 x 1000mg internally at night.
I don't prick them either, the shells tend to dissolve pretty quickly. It is messy though - definitely need to wear a pad to bed.

I'm 3 days overdue now so not sure it's doing anything...guess time will tell!
