Well as most of you know our Mikey as been on and off sick for month's. Well he has heap's of rasches lately and many trip's to the doctor. He use to be such a content little man. Now all he seem's to do is sleep and scream sometime he is happy but that usually only last about an hour at a time. Then on sunday had had a reaction to peanut butter not really bad, but enough to send us to the emergancy doctor. So at my wits end with this kid we went to see our GP on monday and we have had some blood test's to see if he is low in iron etc. We think some of his screaming is learnt behaviour because he has been sick we have let him get away with a bit, but in my opion that is not the only thing going on so now I have to write a food diary. Then if we still have no answer's we will be off the a specialest early next year.
I love my little man so much, but I am really startign to find him so hard to have around and people keep having there unhelpful comment's like he jsut being stroppy. And all I want to do is defend my baby boy. Argh! I am so frustrated with everything.

BIG hugs to you. I understand what it is like to know something is up and feel unsupported by those around you. Dealing with an unhappy and grizzly kid is exhausting and the frustration is only compounded when you can't find answers & when those around you don't seem to believe you. I hope you find answers soon and can start to fully enjoy your little boy. I guess we can rest assured that kids like this do eventually get passed it and grow into wonderful, happy little people so there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there. Hugs.
