Hi All, thought I should update you on where we are at with our struggle TTC....
I have had the first month of Clomid, anything and everything got me a bit titchy and unfortunately DH wore the brunt of it one weekend...oops Okay, let me take a few steps back and start at the beginning of this cycle...
Rang FA on the first day of AF to report the beginning, was given the date I had to report for blood test and scan but found that was while we'd be on holiday in SI. I didn't think it would be a problem and that i'd be able to have the blood test and scan down there, as this is what Dr F had told us, but NOOOOOO the nurse was quite rude and said if we were going on holiday and be away from the region we shouldn't be thinking about beginning our treatment..and put it off for a month I was not impressed. Ended up convincing her this wasn't going to happen and managed to get it all sorted
Had the blood test and scan, all went well - 3 follicles on each side, the right being the most positive with one at 1cm, the other two were a bit smaller. Got the phone call that afternoon to say when we had to have sex. Followed instructions as best we could, but DH got sick. Had another blood test last week which confirmed ovulation so now just waiting to see if AF arrives....
If I don't have AF in the next couple of days I need to have another blood test to confirm pregnancy. Don't think that will happen though, getting relatively good signs AF is on the way, a few aches and the odd bit of light marking/spotting (not really the best way to describe it but best I can for now) so looks like it could be another month of being on Clomid .
So that would be the update for me and my journey for TTC...will update you all over the next week or so on what changes/happens.

Thanks Noodle.
Today it just feels like the world is conspiring against me - I know seven women who are pregnant and four of those are at work....argghhhh.
I was suppose to go to the gym, like a good girl, this morning, but knew AF had arrived and just couldn't cope with the world, so turned off alarm and went back to sleep. Suprsisngly I was only 15 mins late to work...and I managed to finish making pumpkin soup from the night before.
Feel a bit better now, DH is away and doesn't know the outcome yet... start Clomid again tomorrow so on to better and brighter things....thinking positive...
