ok im not sure our to handle this one we were at my brothers and kalem aged 6 and my niece who is 6 were playing and the litlle ones wouldn't leave them alone so sis in law told them to shut the door about 15 minutes later i thought they were being quiet so i went and checked on them and they were laying on the bed cuddling and kissing i was in abit of shock and the look on both there faces said it all and my niece said they were only playing mums and dads i didn't no what to say so i told kalem to stop being silly and the door was to stay open when i went back to the lounge told sis in law and she said they were only kids and not to worry. Has anyone else been though this????? if so is it normal? and how do you deal with it?

I remember doing it when I was younger but with my best friend who was a girl - oh the shame!!

So yeah, normal. Just make sure you let him know about his body and how other people's parts are private and all that.

Ohhh he's growing up!!

i understand your concern, but how cute that they were modelling mums and dads as kissing and cuddling! he could have been sitting on his arse watching telly while she did the dishes, which is also accurate, but not nearly as nice!

LOL MILF!
I haven't been through this but I would also be concerned, I would take Kalem aside at home sometime and gently explain to him that that is for mum and dads to do, and perhaps insert something about clothes if that was the way it was heading. He probably got an awful fright so probably just needs telling rather than telling off.

Open door policy is a good one anyway, although I understand the trouble with older kids vs younger kids sometimes.
