HAy all just wondering if anyone else has had this feeling before. Yesterday i started having like a period cramping that never went away after two baths and resting it was still there, during the night a few sore tighting and today i felt the same but the cramps seem to get more intense and sore and have been having some back pain as well. Rung midwife she said baby sounds like it is on its way but i have no idea all labours are different and im not sure. Can anyone shed soem light lol

Definitely sounds like labour! My contractions with Maya were like chronic period pain to start with, and I didn't realise they were contractions till they started getting nasty!

with paris is wasn't pain, but looking back it was heaps of tightenings for a while.. just thought they were braxton hicks. definately sounds like labour though.. false alarms go away if you take a bath etc, real labour progress in pain, intensity and it doesn't go away when you rest have a bath etc. good luck! ------------- Janine and her 2 cool chicks, Paris & Ayja
