Why does no one talk to you about this? it is painful, and it feels like it consumes your life!

How do you mummies to be deal with this???

I have taken laxol... Kiwicrush... heaps of kiwifruit, and fruit... drinking lots of water.
But there is still and urge to go with no result, my husband is tired of me talking about it now!

So uncomfortable.

I had the same thing. Its so awful. I also was using kiwifruit and lax-sachets which only helped a bit.
