Hi, I just wanted to let expectant mums in Auckland know that there is a six-week "Preparing for Parenthood" antenatal class available starting 2nd week of May for six weeks. It is an ante-natal class primarily for first time parents and rather than focusing on the birth, it focuses on that huge adjustment of becoming a parent for the first time. There is a weekly per person cost but many people would meet the criteria so that it would be free of charge or part-subsidised.
