Thank you Mushroom and Charlie for the recommendations. May I ask when do they start seeing you (gestation age), how often do they see you and how much does it cost? Sorry for million questions, quite new in this area, and thank you again.

I think it's between 8-10 weeks. We see them every 4 weeks at the moment.
Price is $5300 which you pay in installments throughout. aOC have I think around 6 obs who you see throughout the pregnancy then you will have one rostered on when you deliver.

We're with Mark Walker at Origins in Mount Eden. We've had all the OB's with Origins recommended to us by a number of friends.

So far we've only had our first appointment, at 9 weeks, we have another appointment next week at 11 weeks. Then I think we see him once a month until we're further along.

The cost is just under $5000

Pretty sure Shorebirth is 10 weeks, then once a month for most of the pregnancy, moving to once a week closer to the end. Can't say for sure the cost - was $3600 for us, but that was a few years ago now. Still same staff, Dr Vijay Bhoola is the person most ladies think is best. I had Dr Abir Abed-Ali for my c-section and she did a fantastic job (also at 6 week post-partum checkup too)
