HI,
I am studying as a Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant and we have been asked to research and survey expectant mums in regards to the sleep issues they may have when pregnant. Is anyone able to tell me how their sleep is during pregnancy? And maybe what sort of support would be helpful to you? Any reply's that I receive will be much appreciated and also not shared with anyone but my teacher.
