Hello
I have just moved to Te Atatu Peninsula, and I have been searching for a yoga class that I don't have to drive across the city for.. any leads would be greatly appreciated. alice |

My midwife recommended Petra Tip. She runs a 12 week course where we prepare your body for labour and giving birth. The fees for the course is $180,00
I run the classes in Henderson on Tuesday or Thursday evening and in Titirangi on Friday evening. Usually girls could start from around 13 weeks onwards and you can do yoga until you give birth. Shambala Yoga shambala.nz@gmail.com |

I definately recommend Petra's yoga class, she is great, I did her classes last year when I was around 20 weeks pregnant, helped so much in labour!  -------------
