hey anyone know some good Nursing Tea, I have the Weleda one but only comes in box of 20 and am trying to see if i can get one with the lose tea leaves, as the cost for what i need to drink is alot lol or anyone have any other tips on what i can do to help bring in my mlik.

You can buy some on Trademe I think. Ingredients to look for (though most teas probably won't have all) are fenugreek, blessed thistle, aniseed, fennel, nettle, alfalfa, oatstraw, goats rue, red raspberry leaf etc.

You can order them online or lots of healthstores sell it as well - have a look at their retailers.

Oh and it is loose leaf tea as well. Not sure how good the nursing tea is but I am drinking the preggie tea at the moment and at least it doesn't taste too bad

I prefer the taste of the Artemis one and also like that it is loose leaves rather than a tea bag. I'm not sure which, if any, are better for milk production though. I haven't really ever noticed a difference when taking either of them
