Hi ladies.
I have a copy of Francesca Naish's book Natrual Fertility and the accompanying relaxation CD to give away (if you can just cover the postage). It's a book - mentioned on the Natural Fertility and Women's Health website (http://www.naturalfertility-womenshealth.co.nz/services.html/) and links to the Foresight preconception program (http://www.foresight-preconception.org.uk/Default.aspx). If anyone is interested in having it, please let me know. If you're in chch you can pick it up from me (we're in the central city area) or if not I can post it to you. I found it an interesting read, and I especially found the relaxation and visualisation on the CD useful. Hey Tiff8ny!
The CD goes with the book and it's called Natural Fertility Management - Conception. By Francesca Naish. On the back it says "Relaxation, visualisation and suggestions to reduce stress, for motivation and confidence that you can achieve a healthy conception, pregnancy and birth, and to help to synchonise your lunar and hormonal cycles for optimum fertility." hey hun, Do you think it would still be appropriate for me seeing as Im doing IVF soon??? or is it more a natural conception thing? I'll PM you but I listened to the CD while doing IVF. Hi Catie. How did you find that approach to IF? Did you get into it through a naturopath? I got the CD and book with the kit from my naturopath, Jo Barnett. Was another interesting angle on IF so could well have helped us get our BFP.
