I was given this http://acupuncture.rhizome.net.nz/acupressure/download.aspx - link by my CBE and thought I would share this here in case it's useful to anyone else.

It's a booklet detailing acupressure points to use for pain relief and to help labour along if necessary.

I had accupuncture in labour, which I found awesome. I'm lucky I have such a good midwife who is trained in it. So at one point I had tiny needles in my toes, and big ones in my lower back lol I looked like a porcupine!!
Seemed to help though x
