Hi Ladies,

I just wanted to let you know about a new pre-natal yoga class running in Lower Hutt which I've been taking part in for 3 weeks now. I'm just helping spread the word in case anyone is interested in joining the class. It runs 10:30-11:30am Wednesdays.

The instructor Jo is really lovely and has lots of experience in yoga and pre-natal yoga. I am really enjoying the classes which consist of stretches, breathing exercises, chanting for birth and relaxation (which is heaven!)

There's also a class on Monday nights!
