Just wondering if anyone has done this? I just saw a video and it looked amazing, it would be perfect for getting your body ready for labour and recovering after birth!

oohh it does!
I bought a preggy exercise dvd with DD... I did it twice.. Im not so keen on buying another dvd i wont use  that is me tho!-------------

Yeah, I'm the same  . There are some clips from it on youtube which look pretty cool, and would give you some moves!

a lady i know in Hamilton teaches belly dancing and she said to just go to normal classes and advise them that you are pregnant before you start, they will give you modified moves, apparently it is normal to have 1 or 2 pregnant women in a belly dancing class ------------- http://lilypie.com">
