Ouchies!! Never really had these with DD, this baby is doing some serious growing.
What do you do to ease them? They are mainly around the sides of my belly and my back is the worst. I have a wheatbag tonight, but just wondered what others do.

Thanks

Hey,

I have always used a wheatbag too

I always found those pains to be reassuring - GL

I got the most nasty round ligament pain with DS(my first), it was like the worst stitch pain of my life! The only thing that helped was sitting totally still for half an hour with the wheat sack where it hurt and taking some panadol before hand.

I have a lovely DH who gives my belly a rub with some stuff called Bee Balm every night (moisturiser would do the trick too). Makes it heaps better just to have it rubbed, I really notice the next day if he hasn't rubbed the night before. It's nice to be pampered too

Oh and the wheatbag too! Any lying down helps the back ... aparently lying down lets the fluid get around the spine better ... no idea if this is true or not though.
