I have been craving peanut butter most of my pregnancy! Currently doing a controlled diet for my second glucose test but usually I eat 6 to 8 pieces of peanut butter toast a day!!
For the first few months my biggest craving was hot salty chips and cheeseburgers too so I am glad I am not craving them so much anymore..

dairy dairy dairy. anything creamy/milky/cheesy will do. some days i go though more than a litre of milk
i've been thinking of apple pie covered in wipped cream a lot, but haven't given in to that one (mainly because it'd be a special trip to the supermarket)

Peanut butter, white bread, sugar in general but can't indulge in any of it due to GD so have the occasional piece of wholegrain toast with peanut butter or the other day I had hot cross buns with peanut butter and cheese and it was SO GOOD!

Mmmm peanut butter - not really a craving for me as I always eat lots of eat. Chocolate is my big one, I was eating too many creme eggs but now any chocolate will do. The other thing I've had lots of is lime raro, water by itself doesn't appeal so much but I try to drink it still. Or OJ with soda water. At the beginning lots of carbs and grapefruit and lemon frujus

Im not preggo at the mo, but when I was-
I craved pop tarts...
Remember those??
They dont sell them anymore here in nz... sooo I found someone on trademe who had imported some, and bought 2 boxes. Only to re-discover how revolting they were, and I couldnt stomach them. lol Thatll teach me.
Otherwise- Afghans, 2 min noodles (which I hate (go figure), mashed potato, pizza.

Chilli! Anything hot, the hotter the curry the better. My husband thinks it's hilarious that I can now eat stuff that's as hot as how he likes it.

Mandarins! Loving them at the moment, especially the yummy seedless ones from Kerikeri. I send my poor husband off to get the exact ones haha.
Not so much craving but I really cannot stand the smell of any kind of meat cooking right now. Which is awkward because pre-pregnancy a nice juicy steak was my favourite thing in the world!

I've had a MAD craving for fruit, or anything juicy. Like oranges. Then I went on to cheese. And now I'm craving milk - esp chocolate milk. And I'm only in week 9. GEESSSSS!

I'm big on mandarins at the moment, but earlier in my pregnancy (I'm 36 weeks now) it was all about the 'man food!' Shepherds pie, sausage rolls, anything carb laden and preferably wrapped in pastry ;)
I crave beer and wine quite frequently (and I only drink very rarely when not pregnant and actually hate beer, which makes it particularly odd for me) but get by sniffing other people's drinks heehee...

This is hilarious reading, very much a newbie but had to comment. Whats with the mandarins ATM, I'm right into them too, absent neighbour's tree is all but stripped, with permission! and now I'm having to search further afield, must need the Vit C, and this morning indulged my craving for weetbix with hot milk (never eat it, the pack must be at least a yr old, with stewed tamarillos and brown sugar, mmm mmmm. Last pregnancy was ruby grapefruit! which we ended up buying a tree to plant the placenta under.

I was all for fruit, any fruit at the start of my pregnancy, but now (33 weeks) I'd kill for a tube of Pringles and a biiig glass of Just Juice hehe yum!
No more KFC, Burger King or McDonalds for me, the last time I had them I got the worst tummy aches.
Will make my after-baby diet much easier, I hope!

Some definite themes emerging here. I haven't had any out of control cravings yet but my eating has changed. I usually eat a pretty healthy vegetarian diet, with a bit of a sweet tooth. Now I can't stand sugar & hate the smell of vegetables. I am wanting a lot of fruit especially citrus, peanut butter, potatoes, milk and definitely thinking about chips more often than usual! Starting to dream about chicken ... bad vegetarian!! And coffee smells really good to me ... I don't usually drink it.

I am currently all about the mandarins too! It's great they are in season and cheap. I also fancy cheese a lot, not on things like pizza just cheese on it's own. I never eat it like that but right now we are close friends.
