Hi there
Thanks for reading my message. I am in the second year of my two-year Diploma in Childbirth Education course. One of the requirements is being a support in at least three births (preferably with one a home birth). I have been lucky enough to be at two births (one of whom I met on here) and am seeking a third. What happens? Well, I would meet with you (and your partner if applicable) and take it from there. I stress that I am not there to be your LMC/midwife but can do what you want me to do: back massage, pack bag, get drinks, keep your partner awake! etc. I realise this is not everyones cup of tea but on such a huge forum who knows!
