At christmas we swapped J's night-time milk from a bottle to a cup.
He didn't seem too bothered by it, but now isn't drinking his milk. He obviously doesn't need the milk to fill him as he is still sleeping through, so the bottle was a comfort thing. Also now, most nights if you ask him if he wants milk he says no.
I am happy for him to wean himself from his milk, but I am worrying that he now isn't getting enough calcium.
He won't eat cheese, even if I try and disguse it in cheese sauce or in omlettes or muffins. The only milk he is now having is on his cereal in the morning. He also has gone off his yoghurt recently and so most days is only having half a tub.
At the moment I am able to get custard into him so he is living on that, but what else can i do to get more dairy/calcium into him?

I don't know how old J is, but would a glass of milk with just enough Nesquik in it to colour/flavour it help?
Frozen yoghurt iceblocks?

There is calcium in other foods, but is he keeping his protein intake up as well?
What happens if you give him a cup of milk with his lunch, don't ask just set it down besides his plate.
