Please tell me it is not normal for my 3yo (who knows that no2's are not for eating) to take off her dirty night nappy and throw the contents to her 8mnth old brother while he's lying in his cot?

I guess what I'm really asking is, should I be concerned?

I wouldn't be too concerned, 3 year olds are pretty impulsive and not renowned for their manners!

That is exceptionally gross though, would make a great story for threatening to share with boyfriends in a few years time!

I dunno what normal is anymore - my nearly three year old "painted" the whole room the other night *rolls eyes*. He now has a dispossable nappy on with a VERY long singlet over the top (like almost down to his knees) then a cloth nappy cover done up over the top VERY tightly so should he manage to get his hands down his pants theres a singlet to get back UP under then down inside the nappy. Hasn't managed to do it since! We contemplated insulation tape/duct tape to keep his hands out. (hope my tale of woe makes you feel less alone - apparently lots of little kids do poo painting at some stage)

EWWW that is gross. We haven't had this situation yet, touch wood. But when I take his or DDs nappy off with poo's in it, he'll say eww thats disgusting so hopefully not going to be a painter.
I'm sure DD will be the one to do it. She fond of touching alsorts at the moment.
