I have a high risk pregnancy with big risks of having this one earlier than the 38 weeks that they're going to evict him/her.

I want to study first semester next year but would be having my exam in the week before the 24th of June with the baby coming around the 1st of July.

Would you take the risk and study anyway (just 1 paper, 2 mornings or afternoons a week) with the view to drop out if anything happens, or do nothing for the next 6 months except being a SAHM to DD and maybe pick up some extra activities for DD like playcentre?

Obviously, whatever choice you make will be the best one for you, and either would be perfectly workable - but since you've asked for opinions, I don't think I'd study. That way, you'll have more time to take it easy and rest, and pick up other activities if and when you feel like them. You'll also avoid the risk of having to drop out and getting an IC grade if you did; having IC's on your record can look really bad.

I'd study. If you couldn't do the exam but you'd done most of the course work you could apply for aegrotat on compassionate grounds - I did that for a number of papers in my 4th year and it's never affected my ability to get a job or do more study.
