Hahahaha, love this thread!
Early on in my last pregnancy we were making pasta for dinner but I had a mad craving for mashed potatoes so I made some of them too.
Not only did I scarf the plate of pasta but I polished off 90% of the spuds too.
Dh was smart enough to just raise his eyebrows in awe

Went to a friends for dinner on Sat and she'd made up some of the reduced cream and onion soup dip, I think I scoffed 3/4 of it..... nobody said anything
After reading the first confession I think I may have to go and buy the "ingredients" for dip and some kettle chips and scoff the whole lot of that for dinner tonight! Nom nom.

Hehe, sorry Marengo! I've been fantasising about it all day.... am considering going to buy it at lunchtime, figure I can make it at work and put it in the fridge here and it should be ready in time for afternoon tea (then I don't have to share with DH)

Oh yummy my tip for that dip is to use vinegar instead of lemon it tastes much nicer. Have kept my binge from my darling hubby so maby I can get away with buying another packet and making the dip ..... ok thought about will have to do it bub has decided lol
Also have been working my way through a block of toblerone opps

Another dip tip...put the can of reduced cream in the fridge, then whenever you want dip you can just mix in the soup mix and you don't need to wait until it is set!

Lol love this thread
Marengo icecream twice in one day is nothing! You should make some of that crunchie bar icecream (recipe is somewhere in the recipe thread) and try not to eat the whole lot in one go. It is sooooooo good.
I just had to make a chocolate and vanilla cake, how much will be left at the end of the night? Who knows.... and I'm not even that into sweet stuff! Several times I've polished off a whole blue cheese (helps that you 'have' to eat it when it's freshly opened ) or a whole onion dip and kettle chips, yummmmmmm.

I can't but I can remember the recipe! It's way too easy.
1 can condensed milk
1 bottle of cream, whipped (just the normal size bottle, whatever size that is?)
1 crunchie bar, crushed.
Mix crunchie bar with cream, fold in condensed milk, and freeze! Mmmmmmmmmm

Hehe you're welcome! I upped the amount of crunchie bar the first time I made it thinking one wasn' enough. I wouldn't recommend this, it is really sweet as is without adding extra crunchie!
Mmm I might need to go to the supermarket tomorrow too now lol.

I do confess that this morning I ate eggs benedict with runny yolks, and it was delicious. And to top it off, I ate 1/4 of my DH's french toast because it was too much for him. AFTER my eggs. And then an hour later ate a moro bar.
Chips and dip is my fave, ALWAYS eat the whole lot, so don't buy the reduced cream to save my waistline. Don't have to worry about THAT for a while!
