We have been doing BLW for a while now and I'm just trying to add a bit more variety but am possibly a little obsessed with salt/sugar content of things.

I've been thinking of making some mini bacon and egg pies but was just wondering if it's ok to give bacon to a 10 month old or if it is too salty?

Also would corned silverside be ok or is that too salty?

TIA

so long as you arent adding salt to it i dont see anything wrong with that.

I think just make sure they're not having it every day and offer water afterward (if you're worried about the salt). When we go out for brekky my DD has bacon off my plate and she has ham from time to time with no problems.
