Hi all
A first time mum here, I have been looking on a whole heap of websites but haven't found many recent recommendations So I am wondering if anyone can recommend a midwife in the Mt Eden, Sandringham (Auckland) area that is happy to deliver at Auckland Hospital? Thanks |

You could try Jocelyn Boddie - she is in Royal Oak (so pretty close) or Lee Moselen who is based in Epsom. Carol Trewhellar is popular too.

Kabe - thanks for that had a look there might be one in my area so will give Rhondda a call tomorrow
MummyFreckle - thanks for that I will try them tomorrow as well.. Any tips on how to choose or do you just get a good feeling from the right one?? Or is it narrowed down by who isn't booked up

I think its a little bit of both - you normally get a sense from talking to them whether they will be a good fit with you, but normally (if they are available for your due date) they will suggest that you go and see them to meet and have a chat. Its worth having a few options as the good ones get snapped up really quickly! I am a Sandringham / Mt Eden mummy... when are you due?
