Hey all, being first time mum and all im just trying to get used to all these cramps and funny feelings that happen lol.
Do Braxton-Hicks hurt or only sometimes? And how early can you start getting them. Was laying on the couch last night and felt like my tummy was stretching a bit, is that Braxton-Hicks? Im 20 weeks now if that helps

Sounds like it to me. With DS I first started getting them around 20wks. This time I started getting them at 17wks. For me my whole bump goes hard as a rock and I feel a bit of pressure.

Sounds like it to me too. I started getting BH at 19 weeks. My bump would go all hard, like a cramp, for a few seconds (maybe 10/20 seconds). It didnt generally hurt, but on the odd occasion it would stop me in my tracks ------------- Our Angel July 08  Gone but not forgotten
And to complete our family, our princess has arrived

Yup my stomach did go a bit hard, felt it really hard to get comfy too. Ive always herd other mothers to be talking about it and have wondered how they felt, so now i know lol.
