Hayden weaned fully off the booby about mid Dec and since the New Year I have noticed that he is peeing LOTS more overnight, I'm assuming this is because he's having a weak milo (200ml or so) before bed and isnt absorbing it like he did the bobby juice.
So the problem is we cant find a nappy to work overnight now, we went up a size in his normal nappy but nope soaked through day after day and the new pack of Huggies I've tried are not particular good either but are slightly better than the eco disposibles I used up to now (18mths).
Has this happened to anyone else that their toddler dramatically pee's more as they get older or is my theory on the milo probably accurate? So annoying having brought 3 packs of nappies this week trying to get it right but still having to wash PJ's and sleeping bag every day grrrr.

Daniel hasn't had an increase in the pee department but we have had loads of problems with overnight nappies..
We have a huggies which is bigger than he needs and then put an empty pocket nappy overtop of that so he has an extra layer of waterproofness. If he has an extra drink I stuff the pocket with something as well.
We also don't use any pjs that have shorts or pants cause the elastic just gets wet and then the bed does too

Normally Nat *just* makes it through the night with huggies, but she was so wet a couple of nights ago, it woke her up at 3am, and we had to change her! (plus the pjs/sleeping bag). I did notice a huge increase in wetness overnight once she was weaned also, and was having a 200ml bottle before bed.
For us things that help are making sure she has more water to drink in the mornings, and then she seems to drink less water in the afternoons/just before bed, and also making her bedtime bottle slightly smaller.

i used to use Air nappies when i did disposables, but that was a very long time ago now, but i never had problems with them... maybe you need to change him right before he goes to bed... (not sure wether you change him before his milo or after ).

Ooooh kebakat that is a really good idea, I'll put the Motherease wrap over top of the Huggies - fingers crossed that contains the extra wetness.
I hate using non eco's but I guess i could put him in a cloth between bath and bed and then change him to sposie after stories but I'm too scared that will muck up our nice night time routine and my straight to sleep toddler lol
