how do you do the sleeping training? like nap time he wears nappy but he will go toilet before bed and then pee his life away while sleeping.....also wat about going out how does everyone do this......i put pullups on him but he thinks its a free pass to go wee in them...even if we get to destination and take him straight to toilet...he must have some on resear=ve......i dont really want to have an accident up the street with him wearing undies only cause he gets very imbarrassed and throws tanties (mean ones) and with a baby in tow wat a mission. and when did you start the night ti8mes and how? cheers much

for night-time and nap time. I would personally wait until he has had a couple of morning when he has woken up with a dry night nappy. I have read you can't really night train them as such, just need to wait they are ready. Ella is daytime TT, but still wakes up with a very wet nappy in the morning, so am happy to just leave until she is a bit older.

In regards to going out, we just wear knickers and I try and get her to go to the toilet before we go out, otherwise i was just ask while we are out if she needs to go. Have never had any accidents while we are out and  she seems to have to really good bladder control so will often wait until we get home.

Gosh you're lucky with no accidents Mum2Ella!

We always go out with spare knickers and often spare skirt or shorts.

Our issue is that Charlotte doesn't mind being in wet knickers so she has no great motivation to get to a toilet.
It does mean we avoid any tantrums but she also just treats pull ups like nappies...expensive nappies, that is!!!

We are nowhere near training at night but I have been told that when you think they're ready it is a good idea to wake them to go on the toilet before you go to bed so they don't have to stay dry for the whole night.
Charlotte has decided she doesn't need a day sleep any more so we don't have to worry but we still put a nappy on her while she was so she would hopefully have a longer sleep.
