Hey Everybody,
I haven't been on here for ages as I have just been waiting waiting... and waiting! Finally, after 4 years of TTC (unexplained fert), next month I have the opportunity to get on the waiting list. I feel like this is a huge achievement in itself! BUT... I have to lose weight in order to be under 32 BMI. I'm lucky I only have to lose about 8 kgs, I feel for women who have to lose more. I'm someone who has been overweight for a long time and done every diet, unfortunately I've always chosen to go back to my old habits. Is there anyone else out there who had to lose weight or who are trying to so they can get on the waiting list for IVF? I would love to hear some tips or inspiring stories! It would be great to have someone to share this "journey" with! I feel pretty motivated but would love to have someone who can relate to this situation to chat to!

Congrats on your getting onto the waiting list thats awesome... just thought i would let you know there is a weight loss thread in General Chat if you wanted to join in on there... its a great thread with lots of ladies trying to achieve the same goals. Good luck with everything -------------
