I wouldn't call you a crazee... I watched that new show "meerkat manor" on Sunday - sobbed (even ugly-cried) from the moment a baby meerkat got stranded in the desert right through to the tragic end where the meerkat hero who saved the baby one got bitten by a snake, then for a good 10 minutes after that - DON'T WATCH IT, it's the most traumatic bit of reality tv ever invented!!

Alas, little Shakespeare the hero meerkat - the show ended with him lying at the door of his burrow, unable to make it all the way inside to shelter... HOW CAN THEY PUT THAT STUFF ON TV AND CALL IT ENTERTAINMENT?!?!? Don't think he made it - they didn't show the very end of little Shakespeare but I think the voiceover guy said a puff adder is deadly regardless. Those camera-men must have hearts of steel!

Sahkespeare!!! Thats it!!!
I hope he lives, I lived in Namibia for about 5 years which is in Africa and has lots of desert area and they have plently of puffadders there and i know you can give a cortizone injection to people who are bitten by them but often their fingers or hands or whatever they are bitten on have to be taken off, amputated! And I kept thinking "why dont they give him the injection to help him! They must have it in their survival kit, no crew would go out without that stuff!!!" I think I was more angry with the camera crew than the snake!!!
Anyway, I will definately be watching to see how Shakespeare is on Sunday!
