Hi,
A very simple question.
Is anyone using natural Progesterone cream or has conceived while using it?
Cheers.

Hi
I have heard that the natural progesterone creams are a waste of money - as they don't contain enough progestrone to make a difference. The creams on prescription do contain a lot of progesterone though. I had luteal phase defect so got my GP to prescribe some cream. It helped a little, but a high dose of B6 made an even bigger difference. I used the cream from ovulation till the end of my cycle. Progesterone creams also have not so nice side effects including nausea, sore boobs, headaches. The cream on prescription is also expensive - about $60 per month!
So probably not worth considering unless you have a progesterone deficiency.

Hi- am just wondering where you can buy it without script? I have been looking on online and couldnt find anything in NZ. I read Dr Sandra Cabot's book about hormones and she recommends it so thought Id give it a try....
