So I went to a specialist appointment today to organise some tests to see if there is any medical problem underlying my two m/c. I was a bit nervous because I've done a lot of reading that said that there wasn't good evidence for lots of tests and treatments for recurrent m/c and lots of doctors don't test for everything. However, the specialist was willing to do all the main tests and said that even if they all come back normal he will put me on progesterone and low dose aspirin for my next pregnancy (actually the treatment that I was planning to suggest if he didn't!)

I was like that when they did testing on my baby.... and it turned out chromosome problem which didn't really make me feel better or worse:( anyway good on you for having the strength to get it done and hopefully you get some answers soon ------------- Mum to two amazing boys! |

You have a good specialist who sounds like they are very onto it and very helpful. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
