Hi... I've been on Metformin for a year now, and it definitely hasn't helped with my cycle... I've got other health issues too and because of my size the specialists aren't willing to put me on clomid yet... so I went out a bought a supplement called Femzone... its my first day today so I hope may be with the metformin there'll be some change... any ideas???

I really found Vitex excellent! (Thompsons 1000mg - One a day)
I know Femzone has some in it, not sure how much though.
Really settles my hormones enough to induce a period (non-existent pretty much usually).
Then I take my Clomid, by the sounds of it you may be a big girl like me?
I've been on Clomid for several cycles and ovulated only the second time this cycle...

Interesting... I've been told I have to lose weight before the fertility clinic will help out... I wish they would just hurry up and help out, they said I've got plenty of time before I need to have kids but hubby & I have been trying for about 5 years...I've lost about 15kgs since the start of the year and that was pretty hard... thanks for the advice tho... I'll hav to check it out!!!
