We are going to try Cailin without nappies at night time. Her nappy is wet in the morning, but I know she wees in it as soon as I put it on (even if she has just been to the toilet) and I am sure she wees again when she wakes so I really have no idea if she wees during the night, so we thought we would give it a go.

Anyhow, she still has a drink at night, does anybody know if this makes any difference to night wetting

cheers

I would think it definately would make a difference, cause even 7-8 yo's who still wet do it ALOT worse with any liquid near bedtime.

I have heard people say that you shouldn't restrict liquid before bed for toilet training.

I guess it is just because of potential dehydration (not to say that you'd get to that point!) but TBH I don't think it makes a difference if they are ready to night train.
