for the first time in about 5 mths Rhiannon slept from 7.30pm-6.15am in her own bed...i have to admit i feel so much better having some uninterrupted sleep...unfortunatley i know this was probably a once off but you never know. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

Yay for Rhiannon and yay for a good nights sleep. Did you make a big fuss over her when she got up? Hopefully she enjoys the attention and decides sleeping through in her own bed is a good idea. -------------

That's so cute!! Man I hope it works, it's amazing the difference a night of unbroken sleep can make.
I haven't seen Rhiannon in ages... but I understand that we'll see each other next week (when Joshierocks is down). -------------

Yay Rhiannon! Isla has just started sleeping through more often than not, in the last 2 weeks (for the first time ever), and its makes so mush differenc to her and to us!
