i have just given rhiannon her very first milo, granted it was only 1 tsp and was half milk and half water, she has been drinking my jarrah hot chocolate for a while now.
the milo has more sugar than that hot chocolate, but how do you guys make the milo, and what age did you start giving it to your kids. (Rhi loved it so much, she cried when the cup was empty)

We tried it a while ago too and Char doesn't like it. But I put about the same amount that you did into the bottle.

We've probably given our DD milo for five or six months now, although not very often - and always as a 'treat' or even a reward. I just use one level teaspoon in her sippy cup.

Maya never had Milo as it has milk powder in it, but she did have the Cadbury drinking choc, about 1 tsp dissolved in boiling water mixed with her rice milk.

I use a bit less than a teaspoon in a cup of milk.
Milo would be much better for her than that Jarrah hot chocolate - I seem to remember it has artificial sweetener in it (not that I've had it much - just remember reading the back of it).
We alternate between cadbury drinking choc and milo.
