Hi there. I bought 3 yoga DVDs. I was really active before I got pregnant then my pelvis started to hurt so I could only do yoga as walking was out!
The best one I found was Prenatal and postnatal yoga by Elena Brower. It says its from ELEMENT on the cover of the DVD. I got it from the Warehouse for $10. One beautiful woman does the poses while Elena talks you through it. It isn't cheesy. It's just 30 min long and gets straight into it. Not too hard or too soft and in a beautiful setting outdoors.
I also bought prenatal yoga with Shiva Rea after reading that it was good but hated it and only did it once. The cheesy american woman are wearing these terrible body suits and it's really boring. They're working out in a room and there's different woman for each trimester. The good thing about the above with Elena is it's good for the entire duration of your pregnancy.
I also have The New Method baby and mom prenatal yoga and this was also a waste of time.
I would strongly recommend you join a class at the local centre if you can, I'm now friends with some ladies from my class and it was so fun being in a room full of other expectant mummies!

I bought the Shiva Rea one, the leotards are hideous aren't they. I do like how they have each trimester going though.
Will look out for the Elena Brower one.
I did a class with my first and loved it but my DH works shifts and we don't have family here so I would end up missing half the classes if I signed up to one this time.

I've bought two on Amazon, both American but both great in different ways. Depends on what sort of yoga you're used to and what you want to get out of it.
First one I bought was Jennifer Wolfe's Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga & Short Forms. Vinyasa is quite a flowing sort of yoga style, not much resting in any poses, certainly gets a sweat up and great stretching but with a lovely relaxation at the end. What I liked about this one was the 15, 30, 45 and 75 minute practices so if I didn't have much time I could do the shorter ones. For each they use 3 different people doing the practice, one from each trimester to show you the modifications. I stopped doing this one in my 3rd trimester and started the second DVD below...
Pregnancy Yoga (A Practice for Each Trimester) by Cathy Louise Broda. This lady is awesome, pregnant with twins at the time but still makes it look easy. A gentle, slower paced DVD with more emphasis on breathing and stretching, and a much shorter relaxation at the end. A different practice for each trimester, each takes more time (1st 29 mins, 2nd 42 mins, 3rd 45 mins). I do this a couple of times a week and find it helps a lot with keeping aches and pains away and de-stressing, with all the breathing!
Hope this helps, and hope you find one you like. Best wishes for the rest of your pregnancy!

Hi, not sure if anyone will get this as I see the post is old...
Anja22 - don't suppose you are finished with those DVDS and want to sell them?
