Bread roll with cheese (I'm partial to cheese and marmite, but some people find that really strange!), muesli bar, biscuits, fruit, chippies, you could bring along a green salad you've made at home...umm...running out of ideas now! Take something nice and refreshing to drink too

You could make some yoghurt dip and take some vege sticks.

Lots of fruit, aspagrass rolls?

Ive been to a couple of picnics and taken my own cheese bread roll... or even a plain bread roll and butter lol. really imaginative.
Bag of chips, biscuits, fruit, muffins.
It does get tricky but if you take yourself a special sweet treat it's not so bad.
