I'm keen to find out if other members have any recommendations for a pregnancy-related iPhone app.

It looks like I'll need to put my favourite period-tracking app on the back-burner for a wee while, so I'm looking for something for the next stage!

I would like something: functional, not too twee, with a personal calendar/tracking and symptom tracking. I'm happy to pay a few dollars for the right app.

I've had a look at the App store and it seems to me that several of the apps need you to create an account, which I'm dubious about doing because I'm pretty sure that it will lead to spam.

I'm also preferential to New Zealand or Australian-created apps. Like with wedding planning, I find that NZ/Aus things are far more relevant and less over-the-top than American-created products.

(If anyone is interested, I really do recommend my period/fertility-tracking app - I'm almost disappointed I won't get to use it! It's called Clue, and it is gorgeously designed. Very sleek, easy to use, and not a SINGLE pink flower or purple curlicue in sight!)

I use Pregnancy+ which I really like. The first 14 weeks of pregnancy are free after which time you have to pay $4 or something like that. I felt it was well worth it and it is by far my most preferred app of the 3 or 4 I initially tried

I have what to expect and baby bump - im not loving either of them it seems to be lots of forum links, lots of emails and not a huge amount of easy to access information. Ill try  the one Tuquel mentioned. One I do have that I love is called Pregnancy and it has a pink background with a purple blue cartoon persons head on it. Its guided meditation for helping you relax. you can set it to sleep of wake so you do it either to fall asleep or to wake up and Im really liking that one. Especially as i plan to hypnobirth so its great for getting used to meditation.
