My in laws will have the kids, as mum will be at the birth of this one like she has been with the other kids. They stay there quite often and they will bring them in to meet baby as soon as is practical - time wise - MIL won't be able to stay away
Dh has stayed for two nights with each of the kids in the maternity centre with me - I love it, nice to have some us time with the new baby, he might just stay one night this time around, depending on the other kids and the farm. We have a birthing centre and he just sleeping on a fold up bed - not that comfy but after me going through labour not really something he complains about

MrsMojo - thanks for the text tip. Hadn't thought of that, but I'm sure that DS will want attention as soon as he gets there

Thanks everyone, I appreciate the replies.

I think I'll ask my Mum if she'll come stay for the time I'm in hospital, and if she won't then ship DD off to their place. If Mum stayed at our place it would be easier I think, as it's 5 mins from the hospital and DH can see her and put her to bed if needed. She loves her Grandma and spending time with them but won't sleep for them easily.

Thanks for the text tip too MrsMojo, will definitely do that one. DD is so young and will be scary enough for her without that too
