DS loves eggs, he is constantly going in the cupboard to get one out. he has about 4 a week, im wondering if this is too much though? Only 1 a day though, just 4 times a week.

I don't think so, but do you keep a stash of hard-boiled eggs in the cupboard??

I had this exact same question just the other day and I googled it and numerous sources said that eggs are a great food and that one a day is not too much. So he could be having 7 eggs a week if he wanted. JUst as long as he is supplementing with other foods to make a well balanced diet you should be right. My DS loves eggs too and will sometimes have 2 in one day but then he might not have another for a few days so I just roll with it.

Ok cool, i will just stick to the 4 he is having, and no dont have hard boiled in the cupboard its just the only place the tray fits nicely. Just happens to be where he can reach, moving soon so the eggs will be up higher!!!

One a day is fine, its only for people who have to watch their colesterol intake that need to restrict how many eggs they have. Not something to worry about in littlies.
