anyone NOT want DH at birth?

i dont actually like having dh around me while in labour i like to do the labouring part at home by myself, ds2 came to fast to have anytime to labour at home was just straight out of bed and to the birth unit. with ds3 i shut myself in our room and he wasnt allowed in instead i spent the night text a friend for support. I hate having dh feeling sorry for me he doesnt it so obviously and it just pisses me off big time. but once im at the unit i dont care if he is there as i can go into my own world and get on with it. midwife keeps dh occupied with their chit chat, apparently their que to prep for delivery is when i start joining in on the conversations by the time im pushing dh is over the pitty party and im too gas drunk to notice anyway.
