Me

Yucky PPH - lost 1000ml +, had blood transfusions etc. It was a high intervention birth - induced at42 weeks, 4 day induction, synto up really high, bub not decending, epi, ventouse .... My MW thinks my uterus was worked too hard with 12 hours of high high synto so couldn't contract.
#2 - induction at 42 weeks but one hour of synto (at 3unit/min as opposed to 112 for 12 hours with #1!) and a MW who knew I was really worried about PPH. I had delayed cord clamping then ecbolic as a preventative. No episiotomy, minimal tearing, completely normal blood loss.
Completing different experience and man, life was so much easier without the PPH. Talk to your MW about your concerns, make sure she's proactive about managing the risks (so basically what M4b said)
