Hi everyone ,
We found out a couple of weeks ago that we are expecting a baby in Feb next year. We are also in the process of buying a house and moving !
We are moving to Otorohanga and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a midwife there? I'm not even really sure about birthing units in the area! Eeek! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The nearest birthing center is in Te Awamutu, 20 mins away, or Te Kuiti (about the same? I forget.) The nearest hospital is Waikato, about an hour away.

I think there's two or three midwives in the area, my SIL had one of them, but I don't know any more sorry.
