Hello everyone,

I found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago when i was feeling all healthy, loving the gym, loving eating well and loving my job. In my first pregnancy I had put on 25 kg!!! and when i got pregnant this time, i had lost 20 of it all up through weight watchers. I vowed when i found out to eat right and not gain as much weight. 7-10 kg tops. Anyway I have now been hit with morning sickness.. and all i do is lye around all day, and eat crap! crackers, ginger bear, sausage rolls, fries and hawian pizza is all my tummy can handal. I am not excersizing and i even came home from work today. I feel like a falure that im being no where near as healthy for my baby as i need to be.

I think I ate BK for most of my first trimesters...you gotta do what you gotta do to keep food in when you feel like utter utter arse...when you feel better turn your diet around then.

I think my 3rd tri with my 1st I ate KFC chips & Gravy for lunch most days! She loves that now lol

Yea thats what my partner keeps saying! And now im thinking about BK.. chicken grabba :) yum!

DS was a McDs everyday baby, cause where I worked it was the safest easy to reach food for lunch! only gained 7kg on that regime

DD was alot healthier and less food in general, mainly cause my stomach always felt so full of baby there wasnt room for food and gained 12 kg.

I was walking with DS to help with the morning sickness (which it did) and couldn't with DD as I'm sure I was huge from the day one! so my advice is the exercise may help both sickness and weight.
