Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good midwife in New Plymouth? It is my first baby and I have a list of names and phone numbers!

Thanks,

I just signed on with partners in pregnancy.

Such a hard thing, you don't want to tell anyone early, but you almost need to so you can get midwife recommendations (especially with firsts!)

Im with Partners in pregnancy for the second pregnancy now. Annette and Kylie are both lovely. But if you wantto go private Jan Goss is good, very straight forward, doesnt beat around the bush but very good.

I went with Alison Jennings in the end as I liked the sound of her and I guess you just go with your gut on these things! I have heard great things about Partners in Pregnancy as well though. I'm off to tell my parents tonight so quite excited as tears are pretty much guaranteed my dad is a real softie.
