I have my anatomy ultrasound on Wednesday and am very nervous. If there is something wrong does the technician tell you or will I need to wait to hear from my midwife?

The technician won't tell you - they'll go to the next room to consult with the specialist who will tell you (they'd always get a second opinion). Usually everything is fine though!!
