ok so i got 1 of these for the reason it said spill proof so i thought that . .
if j knocks it over or tips it upside down it wont leak . .
well it does, and the ladies here at the baby factory where i got it dont have the slightest idea about the cups or the valves so say they cant do anything as they are unsure if its faulty?????
so
does anyone else have one of theese cups? and with the valve in place on the inside of the lid if you turn it upside down does it leak thru the spout??

If it says spill proof I definitely wouldn't expect it to leak from the spout. I had a similar problem with one of the Watties spill proof cups which I bought from the baby factory. It leaked from the lid part when tipped on a certain angle. They just took the one I bought back and gave me a brand new one and said they would send it back to the manufacturer..

You personally shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get a replacement just because they don't know the product.
