Ollie has one afternoon sleep - has done so for a long time. He usually goes down between 1:00 - 2:00 pm and sleeps for around 2/2.5 hours - sometimes I have to go and wake him!

Neosha has two sleeps morning and night

10:00ish till 12:00ish then 3:00ish till 5:00ish then in bed before 7:00pm
