Bugaboos (www.bugaboo.com) are fantastic but very expensive.

The steelcraft strider (4 wheel version) is another option, it's sort of a budget version of the bugaboo. I think you're looking around the $500 mark for it.

I have a Milano lay back four weel stroller from BabyCity and it has been fantastic for me. It can go on any surface and is light and compact enough to fold down into just about any car boot.    I have retired it at the moment because it's easier for me to use a small umbrella stroller but it was awesome for over a year and I still use it if I'm going to the supermarket by myself and need extra space for my shopping. If I remember rightly it was about $299.   And there is a matching capsule that fits into the stroller as well for extra. I didn't use a capsule but I think you can get a package deal for some.

Oh and my stepsister had the MOST expensive Mountain Buggy that didn't fit anywhere and was just massive.
